Scientists' opinions
The opinions of scientists vary on the person and of course what he or she has experienced. Some scientists have seen the worst effects of de-extinction on animals, and are against it. They have a point, truly. No one exactly knows how well it will work. Will existing animals get used to the new creatures? Will they have enough food for all the animals? The food problem can be solved, as not only animals but plants can also be resurrected. But there is never any guarantee that there will be no fights between the existing and new species. And the unfortunate truth is that we will never be able to ensure peace without trying it out once, and the scientists are still not sure if it is worth the risk.
Another possible problem is that if the technique of animal resurrection becomes widespread, some people might use it to resurrect terribly dangerous animals, such as dinosaurs. Who knows what will happen to us humans if dinosaurs are resurrected? The would stomp on and crush the buildings, killing innocent people along with their giant, powerful feet. Surely, animal resurrection is something that we should all fear of.
On the other hand, it can be very useful. Animal resurrection is seen as a way to take back the wrongdoings of humans. The cause of the extinction of many animals on this planet Earth is because of the fact that humans did something that polluted the air, for example, or warmed the air, or other factors, and that killed the animals.
